Tubacex on the stock market

TUBACEX is a traditional security on the Spanish Stock Market making its debut at the beginning of the 70´s. On January 14th, 1970, TUBACEX solicited admission to the Stock Market and was accepted in February of the same year.

On April 22nd 1996 de the name Tubacex, C.E. de Tubos, S.A. was changed to that of TUBACEX, S.A. With this name TUBACEX is authorised to quote on the Ibex-35 Index on June 23rd 1997. This was made effective as from July 1st of the same year. TUBACEX leaves the Ibex-35 Index on December 30th 1998.

On January 1st, 2011 Tubacex joined the IBEX MEDIUM CAP, made up of the 20 securities with the highest free float adjusted capitalisation, excluding the 35 securities on the IBEX 35.
